Day 2: Departure from Bratislava to Cicmany

A small Slovak village famous for preserved uniquely decorated folk wooden architecture - visit to local museum and short excursion in the village and small refreshment - tour continues to the High Tatras - short visit of the most popular resort of Strbske Pleso - dinner and overnight at a hotel 4*

Day 3:

After breakfast visit to the Spis Castle, that dominates a travertine bedrock. It belongs to the most impressive medieval building monuments (3,82 ha) in Central Europe. Together with its surrounding sights - Spisske Podhradie, Spisska Kapitula and Zehra - they are  included in the  UNESCO's World Heritage List. The Spis Castle achieved an important state already at the end of the 12th century. It became the military, administrative and  law-court centre of the new  established  royal district.

Tour leads further to Levoca - one of the best preserved medieval towns in Slovakia and one of the 24 independent royal towns in the Spis Region from the 14th and 15th centuries. Visit to St. James´s Church with the unique late gothic and the highest (18,62 m) wooden altar in the world, the masterpiece of Master Paul and to majestic Renaissance Town Hall.  Return to High Tatras  -   dinner at a typical Slovak restaurant Koliba. Overnight.

Day 4: After breakfast visit to the Cave of Freedom in the Low Tatras

The national nature monument of the Demanova Caves on the northern side of the Low Tatras Mts. is the longest cave system in Slovakia. The Demanovska Cave of Freedom belongs among its dominating caves. It has been captivating the visitors by its rich flowstone fill of various colours, magical flow of underground Demanovka as well as the charming pools for many years. It is the most visited show cave in Slovakia.

SHORT IMPERIAL TOUR
Bratislava and Vienna

5 days / 4 nights

Day 1 – Arrival in Bratislava in the late afternoon – transfer from the airport to a hotel 3*or 4* - meet and greet by a local guide with short information about Bratislava and further programme – individual programme 

overnight.

Day 2 – In the morning city tour of Bratislava that has been the capital of Hungaria in 17th century for 70 years. Tour takes 3 hours (combined by bus/minibus and walking) and presents the most important historical and cultural sights incl. visit to Primate´s Palace with beautiful English tapestries presenting a love story from the Greek mythology - afternoon at leisure or optionally guided trip to Devin Castle for 2-3 hours (ruins of old Slav castle located on a cliff under the confluence of the rivers Danube and Moravia with greatest archeological excavations in Slovakia and very nice panoramic view) – overnight.

Day 3 – Full-day tour (ca 6 hours) to a region which has been known for its wine since Roman times. Tour shows the ancient royal wine towns of Svaty Jur, Pezinok and Modra, highlighting the most important sights. You will also see how the famous Modra pottery – Majolica – is produced. The highlight of this tour is a visit to Cerveny Kamen (Red Rock Castle) – a wonderfully preserved castle with huge multi-storey cellars, the largest ones in Central Europe and rich expositions of historical weapons, paintings and antique furniture. The tour finishes in the traditional wine cellar sampling the best local wines. Optionally Slovak dinner - speciality from south-western Slovakia – roasted duck or goose with red cabbage and potatoe pancakes and good wine. Return to Bratislava – overnight.


Day 4 – Boat trip to Imperial Vienna followed by sightseeing tour of the city (by bus and walking) to see the Schoenbrunn Palace and Hofburg in the inner city and much more 

Check-in at a hotel 3* or 4* in Vienna – overnight. Optionally dinner in Vienna Wine ward Grinzing.

Day 5 – In the morning individual programme in Vienna – in the afternoon departure.

VIENNA – BUDAPEST - BRATISLAVA

History, culture and traditions

Day 1:

Vienna

Arrival in Vienna, the former capital of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the present-day capital of Austria. Pick-up by bus and guide at the airport. Short sightseeing tour of the city by bus give you an overall impression of the most significant historical sights of Vienna such as the State Opera House, the Hofburg (the former Habsburg winter residence), the Parliament, the City Hall and the Burgtheater. In the afternoon walking tour by local guide in the historical centre incl. the imperial palace and the impressive Hofburg, bustling shopping district and St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Overnight at a hotel. 

Day 2 :

Vienna

In the morning visit to Schonbrunn Royal Palace, the Habsburg Family´s summer residence and Maria Theresa´s home, with walking in the beautiful palaces´gardens – afternoon free for individual programme. Overnight in Vienna.

Day 3:

Vienna – Eisenstadt – Sopron – Budapest

In the morning departure from Vienna and the first stop will be Eisenstadt in Austria, situated only 45 km far from Vienna. Short excursion of the town and visit to Esterhazy Palace, the main residence of one of the richest and most influential noble families of the Habsburg Empire. It is famous also for well-known composer Joseph Haydn that lived and worked here for four decades. He was a composer at the court of the Esterhazys. The Haydn Hall named after the composer remains one of the world’s most beautiful and acoustically most perfect concert halls. The next stop is Hungarian town of Sopron – one of the oldest jewel boxes of Hungary with Roman and Turkish footmarks in the town´s history. You will see the Firewatch Tower, the symbol of the city, City Hall, the Storno House - one of the most well-known buildings of the city, thanks to its highly interesting collection, the Goat Church that provided a venue for coronations and parliamentary sessions. Another attraction of the historic town of Sopron is the excellent wines of the region, so the city is becoming increasingly popular among those who would like to satisfy their thirst with noble wines. The tour of the day ends in Budapest. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 4:

Budapest

Sightseeing tour of Budapest including the old centre, Buda, located on the right bank of the Danube, where can be found Royal Castle, the Cathedral of St. Matthew and the Fisherman’s Bastion. We also visit to the 19th century Pest situated on the left bank of the Danube and the neo-gothic Parliament and Heroes’ Square. Dinner in a traditional Hungarian restaurant with gipsy music and folklore performance. Overnight in Budapest.

Day 5:

Budapest – Godollo (or Szentendre) and return

A half-day tour to Godollo where you can experience the life of Hungarian royalty with a visit to the former summer residence of Emperor Franz Josef and Queen Elisabeth “Sisi” in Godollo, the second largest baroque chateau in the world. Or to have a shorter trip to Szentendre at Danube River – a charming little town, whose name means "Saint Andrew", is known for its well-preserved houses and churches, many built in a Balkan style as the area was originally settled by Serb refugees. Today the town's best-known inhabitants are '''artists''' and small galleries can be found on every street corner. Overnight in Budapest.

Day 6:

Visegrad - Esztergom - Bratislava

In the morning departure from Budapest and the first stop will be Visegrad - a small castle town situated north of Budapest on the right bank of the Danube River in the Danube Bend. It is famous for the remains of the Early Renaissance summer palace of King Matthias Corvinus of Hungary and the medieval citadel. Further stop is the city of Esztergom that was a Capital of Hungary from the 10th till the mid-13th century when King Béla IV of Hungary moved the royal seat to Buda. Esztergom is the seat of the primas (Primate) of the Roman Catholic Church in Hungary. It's also the official seat of the Constitutional Court of Hungary. The city has the Kereszteny Museum, the largest ecclesiasticall collection in Hungary. Its majestic cathedral, Esztergom Basilica, is the largest church in Hungary. In the late afternoon arrival in Bratislava, accommodation at a hotel.

Day 7:

Bratislava and Small Carpathians Round Tour (Winegrowing region)

After breakfast sightseeing tour of Bratislava including the massive Bratislava Castle, which dominates the landscape above the Danube river, Old Town with Old Town Hall and Main Square, Saint Michael’s Tower - once a gate into the walled medieval city, historical buildings of Slovak National Theatre and Slovak Philharmony. In the afternoon drive along the Carparthian Mountains to the wine towns of Modra and Pezinok, notable for their wines, crafts and typical ceramics. A visit to medieval Cerveny Kamen Castle, with its collection of renaissance and baroque furniture, fine decorations and historical weapons. Return to Bratislava and overnight.

Day 8:

After breakfast transfer to Vienna Airport – departure.

DAY 1:

Vienna

Day 2:

Vienna - Salzburg


In the morning departure by minibus from Vienna to Salzburg. Stop for short sightseeing tour and lunch in Linz. Linz is a town where you can find beautiful stucco facades from earlier times side by side with interesting new buildings of appealing architectural styles with futuristic lighting.
Linz, the city on the Danube, has become the pulsating centre between East and West during the last decades. No other Austrian city has experienced such a tremendous change like the capital of Upper Austria. The result is a modern city which offers its inhabitants and its visitors a perfect place to be, with large green areas and good air quality.

Arrival in Salzburg - the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site - in the late afternoon.

Accommodation at a hotel and short informal walking city tour. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight.

DAY 3:


Salzburg – Cesky Krumlov

After breakfast the city tour of Salzburg continues. The tour begins by the Archbishop´s Palace of Mirabell built in the year 1606 that is today home to the office of the local Mayor and city offices. Then pass the Mozarteum (University of Music) one of the world's most prestigious music academies. Passing the Marionette Theatre, you will arrive in Markart Square with the Landestheatre (The Regional Theatre), The Trinity Church a baroque masterpiece from Fischer von Erlach plus Mozarts Wohnhaus (Mozart's Residence), where the composer lived for many years. Further you will pass the Hellbrunn Palace from the 17th century used as a hunting lodge and weekend residence by Salzburg's Archbishops, the Palace of Frohnburg and the Nonnberg Abbey, situated beneath the impressive Hohensalzburg Fortress, before entering the heart of the city through the Siegmunds Gate. Once in the old city you will pass by the Festival Halls, Old University, Horse Pond, Getreidegasse and the Blasius Church.

In the afternoon you travel into magical Bohemia, a region dotted with castles and picturesque villages. You first visit picturesque town of Cesky Krumlov on the Vltava River that was the Czech Republic’s first UNESCO-listed town. Discover its ageless beauty on your tour of the Town and its grand castle, perched on top of a hill with wonderful views of the region.

Dinner at a local restaurant . Overnight at one of the best hotels in Cesky Krumlov.


DAY 4:

Cesky Krumlov - Ceske Budejovice – Hluboka Castle - Prague

After breakfast you travel in the beautiful town of Ceske Budejovice former a royal town and today the administrative centre of South Bohemia – short excursion in the town centre incl. Main Square that is one of the largest in Europe. Next stop is Hluboka on Vltava with its beautiful romantic Chateau – one of the most picturesque in the Czech Republic, which was rebuilt in the English Windsor style in the 19th century - excursion.

In the afternoon arrival in Prague followed by informal city tour of Prague by minibus catching the exciting spirit of the old and new Prague. Accommodation at a hotel. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight.


DAY 5:

Prague

In the morning the city tour continues by strolling through the central area around the famous Wenceslas Square, Old Town Square with its Astronomical Clock, Charles Bridge and Prague Royal Castle. Prague’s energy along with its preserved architectural treasures makes it Europe’s most talked about destination. Optional lunch. Afternoon free giving you time to explore the magnificent Golden City at your leisure. Dinner at local beer restaurant. Overnight at the hotel.



DAY 6:

Karlovy Vary

After breakfast a full day trip to Karlovy Vary. It is historically famous for its hot springs (13 main springs, about 300 smaller springs, and the warm-water Tepla River).

In the 19th century, it became a popular tourist destination, especially for international celebrities visiting for spa treatment. The city is also known for the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, the popular Czech liquer Karlovarska Becherovka and Spa Wafer. Also the famous glass manufacturer Moser Glass is located in Karlovy Vary. Optional lunch.
Return to Prague. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Prague.


DAY 7:

Prague - Bratislava

Morning departure from Prague. En-route to Bratislava visit to the UNESCO Heritage listed-town Telc famous for intact Renaissance inner town, beautiful Renaissance chateau with English park and unique Baroque houses. Optional lunch. Tour continues to Bratislava, the Capital of Slovakia, that has two distinct sides: the old part is an attractive slice of Habsburg Baroque, while the rest of the city has a feel of the modern East European metropolis. Arrival in the late afternoon. Accommodation at a hotel, informal tour in the city and dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight.

DAY 8:

Bratislava and Small Carpathians Round Tour (Winegrowing region) - Piestany

After breakfast, a sightseeing tour of Bratislava by bus, including the magnificent Bratislava Castle, which dominates the landscape above the Danube and a short walk in the Old Town with the Old Town Hall, the Main Square and Saint Michael’s Tower – last of the four original gates into the walled medieval city; historical buildings of the Slovak National Theatre and the Slovak Philharmony. Tour continues to the Carparthian Mountains Region through wine towns of Pezinok and Modra, notable for their wines, crafts and ceramics. Stop at Elesko Winery in Dubova for excursion and wine tasting with a small refreshment. A visit to medieval Cerveny Kamen Castle follows (collection of renaissance and baroque furniture, fine decorations, historical weapons and unique large cellars). Trip continues to the well-known Spa Town of Piestany – a short excursion in the spa area. Dinner in the magical five star Thermia Palace built in the Art Deco style. Return to Bratislava and overnight.

DAY 9:

Budapest via Esztergom and Visegrad

In the morning departure for Budapest, the spiritual capital of Hungary. En-route stops in Esztergom and Visegrad. Esztergom was a Capital of Hungary from the 10th till the mid-13th century when King Bela IV of Hungary moved the royal seat to Buda.

Transfer to Vienna via Budapest with a stop in McArthur Glen Designer outlet in Parndorf (opened on Friday till 19:00). Dinner and overnight in a hotel in Vienna.


DAY 12:

Vienna

Visit to Schönbrunn Palace, the Habsburg Family´s summer residence and Maria Theresa´s home, with a visit of the showrooms and beautifull gardens. In the evening typical dinner with wine in Vienna Wine district Grinzing or at another quality restaurant. Overnight in the hotel.


DAY 13:

After breakfast transfer to Vienna Airport – departure.

UNESCO HERITAGE SIGHTS IN SLOVAKIA

Day 1: Bratislava

Arrival in Vienna Apt. - transfer to Bratislavaava - the youngest and smallest Capital in Europe, former royal town of Hungarian kings. during the whole day – accommodation in a hotel 4* - city tour combined by bus and walking for 3 hours - dinner and overnight



Day 2: Bratislava – Banska Stiavnica – Banska Bystrica

Departure from Bratislava to Banska Stiavnica. The historical mining town and its technical monuments in the surroundings have been on the UNESCO's World Heritage List since December 1993 as the most important centre of the gold and silver mining and centre of the development of the mining science, technology and education in the world in the 18th and 19th centuries. Sightseeing walking tour of the historical centre with the Old and New Castles, the St. Catherine Church, with Knocktower, the Town Hall and the former Mining Academy and Mining Board (Kammerhof). Tour continues to Banska Bystrica. Dinner and overnight at a 3* hotel in Banska Bystrica.


Day 3: Banska Bystrica – Vlkolinec – Liptov Region – Levoca

After breakfast short sightseeing walking tour of Banska Bystrica, then departure for Vlkolinec, further UNESCO sight, the village with living folk architecture. It is situated in the Great Fatra Mountains on the slope of the Sidorovo Hill (1.099 m) at 718 m a.s.l.. The village of Vlkolinec represents the best-preserved and still exploited collection of the original folk wooden buildings not only on the territory of Great Fatra Mountains, even on the greater territory of the Carpathian region. Tour leads further to Liptov Region to the village of Lazisko - Svaty Kriz, that is located under the Low Tatras. It is well-known for its evangelical wooden church, the greatest evangelical church in Slovakia. It was built in 1774, without using any metal nails, because according to a law the Lutherans could build their churches only of wood. It can receive 6.000 persons. At the construction of the reservoir Liptovska Mara the church was moved to Svaty Kriz because of inundation of that territory. The next stop will be Spisska Sobota near Poprad interesting as a listed Town Reservation with Gothic, Rennaissance and baroque burgess-ship houses and the gothic St. George Church. The final point of this day´s tour is Levoca in the Spis Region. Dinner and overnight at a 3* hotel.

Day 4: Levoca and Kezmarok

After breakfast sightseeing walking tour of Levoca, one of the best preserved towns in Slovakia and one of the 24 independent royal towns in the Spis Region from the 14th and 15th centuries. Visit to St. James´s Church with the unique late gothic and the highest (18,62 m) wooden altar in the world, the masterpiece of Master Paul and to majestic Renaissance Town Hall. Then time for individual programme. Next stop will be in Kezmarok, an old Spis town, that was colonized by German speaking settlers in the 16th and 17th centuries. The town is well-known for the Renaissance castle, where is a Town Museum today and for the old evangelical wooden church- UNESCO Heritage Sight and the new evangelical church built in Neobyzantine style. The tour ends in the High Tatras and we invite you there for a typical Slovakian dinner in a Slovak type Koliba restaurant. Return to Levoca. Overnight.

Day 5: Spis Castle – Spisska Kapitula – Zehra

After breakfast visit to the Spis Castle, that dominates a travertine bedrock. It belongs to the most impressive medieval building monuments (3,82 ha) in Central Europe. Tour leads further to Spisska Kapitula, only 2 km away from the Spis Castle – it was the seat of the Spis prior from the 12th century, from which evolved the Canonry and from 1776 also the seat of a new established episcopate. In 1780 at the Episcopate was set up a Seminary and in 1819 a Teaching Institute with St. Martin´s Cathedral from the 13th cent., that is built-up from the Gothic, Renaissance and baroque styles. Next target of the tour is the Church of the Holy Ghost in Zehra with rich medieval paintings. Return to Levoca. Dinner and overnight.


Day 6: Zilina – Trencin – Bratislava

After breakfast departure for Cicmany - a typical mountain village Cicmany famous for its typical wooden architecture (painted wooden houses). Next stop will be in Bojnice - a small spa town priding on a beautiful romantic chateau. Excursion in the chateau. Tour ends in Bratislava. Dinner and overnight at the same hotel as for 1st night.



Day 7: Small Carpathians Wine Region

Drive to Cerveny Kamen Castle – the best preserved castle near Bratislava from medieval period - a national cultural monument. The museum Cerveny Kamen shows the life of aristocratic families in Slovakia. There is a valuable collection of historic furniture and wappons. Drive to Pezinok - a typical wine town where you visit a regional museum presenting the wine and wingrowing traditions from the Small Carpathian Region. Another highlight will be excursion to a private typical pottery and majolica manufacture. Dinner in the typical Slovak restaurant in Pezinok. Return to Bratislava and overnight.

Day 8: Bratislava

After breakfast transfer to Vienna Apt. - end of the services.

Thursday – Sunday (for min. 4 pax)

Programme:

1st day: Arrival in Bratislava – transfer to the hotel*** - guided walking sightseeing tour that presents the most famous historical monuments and interesting sights of Bratislava.

2nd day: Trip by minibus to Small Carpathian Mountains, typical for vineyards on their slopes, wine production and traditional ceramics.

During the tour you will visit the Little Carpathians Museum in the wine town Pezinok, where you will have an opportunity to taste slovak wines. Tour continues to the town of Modra famous for hand made and hand painted ceramics, then to Cerveny Kamen Castle (the Red Stone Castle) priding on the largest cellars in Central Europe. Return to Bratislava – overnight.


3rd day: Tour of this day begins in district town of Trnava named „Slovak Rome“ . Short sightseeing tour of the historical centre incl. St. John´s Cathedral – tour continues from Trnava to Skalica – a town on Slovak-Czech border with vineyards in its surroundings. A sightseeing tour of Skalica incl. visit to Regional Museum with winegrowing and typical Haban ceramics expositions and old Slav Rotunda from 11. century. Dinner at local wine cellar with wine and typical cake tasting. Return to Bratislava – overnight.

4th day: Time for individual programme – transfer to the Bratislava Apt.

Day 1: Vienna

Arrival in Vienna – city tour of the city centre. You will get an overall impression of the most significant historical sights of Vienna. Along the Ringstrasse you will see numerous magnificent buildings, such as the State Opera House, the Museum of Fine Arts and the Natural History Museum, the Hofburg (the former Habsburg winter residence), the Parliament, the City Hall and the Burgtheater.

Day 2: Vienna - Bratislava

The city tour continues with the visit to Schonbrunn Palace presenting showrooms of the Palace, once the summer residence of the Habsburg family and home of Maria Theresia. In the afternoon travel by bus or by boat on Danube River to Bratislava. Dinner and accommodation in Bratislava.

Day 3: Bratislava – castle Cerveny Kamen - Modra

City Tour in Bratislava. Bratislava has two distinct sides: the old quarter is an attractive slice of Habsburg Baroque, while the rest of the city has the brash and butchered feel of the average East European metropolis. Drive to Cerveny Kamen Castle – the best preserved castle near Bratislava from medieval period - a national cultural monument. The museum Cerveny Kamen shows the life of aristocratic families in Slovakia. There is a valuable collection of historic furniture and wappons. Drive to Pezinok - a typical wine town where you visit a regional museum presenting the wine and wingrowing traditions from the Small Carpathian Region. Another highlight will be excursion to a private typical pottery and majolica manufacture. Dinner in the typical Slovak restaurant in Pezinok. Return to Bratislava and overnight.



Day 4: High Tatras – Tatra National Park via Trencin and Zilina

Drive to the High Tatras via Trencin. A short stop in Trencin – historical town. The castle of Trencin, a national cultural monument is the dominant of the town.

Further stop will be a typical mountain village Cicmany famous for its typical wooden architecture (painted wooden houses). Tour continues to High Tatras.

The High Tatras are the highest range of mountains in Slovakia with the highest peak Gerlachovsky Peak (2,655 m). Most of the mountain areas in the High Tatras belong to the Tatra National Park (TANAP). The three main centres of the High Tatras, Tatranska Lomnica, Smokovce and Strbske Pleso, are connected by an electric railway. Visit of Strbske Pleso Resort - informal walking around the centre with a nice mountain lake. Dinner and accommodation in the High Tatras.

Day 5: Levoca town – a keeper of masterpieces – Spissky hrad Castle – Kezmarok

The green valleys of the Spis region in the Eastern Slovakia blend with the undulating hills in a timeless geological dance. History is everywhere – from massive Spis castle towering over the valley to the 13th century church in Zehra. In the heart of this landmark-rich country is Levoca, the region´s crown jewel. One of the most beautiful towns of the whole Slovakia. Former gothic historical core was after fire in 1550 rebuilt to a renaissance complex (perfectly conserved), with dominating late gothic St. Jacob´s church, the town hall and house of Thurzo. On the square there is also located the house of Master Paul of Levoca, the most famous medieval artist of Spis region, creator of unique 18,6 m tall wooden altar of St. Jacob´s church, the highest wooden altar of the world. Spissky hrad – ruin of one of the largest castles in medieval Central Europe (area of 4,2 hectares). Drive to Kezmarok – one of the oldest and the most important towns of Spis region. The dominant property of the city is formerly gothic castle from 14. century lately rebuilt into renaissance chateaux. The other important sights are: renaissance town hall built in 1553, wooden evangelical articular church without a tower from 1717 and Lutheran Lycee from 1776 having the largest school library in the Middle Europe. Day 6 – Pieniny National Park – Dunajec canyon – Krakow

Drive to Cerveny Klastor in Pieniny to the main attraction of this place – the rafting on wooden rafts down by the Dunajec river. The total length of ride is 8,5 km (2 hours) and the scenery of surrounding Pieniny and Dunajec River canyon is really beautiful. Finally, we drive to Krakow - Poland´s most celebrated city.

City tour in Krakow incl. the famous market square, royal Wawel Castle. And all other interesting places.

In the afternoon excursion in Auschwitz. Return to Krakow.

Take part in a wine exhibition and taste wines from

the Small Carpathian Wine Region

 

For those who want spend a weekend with tasting of awarded Slovak wines we have prepared

a special offer.

You will be accommodated directly in the wine-town Pezinok situated only 25 km far from Capital of Slovakia Bratislava. You will take part in a wine exhibition and taste grape wines.

Wines served here are usually a quality dry sorted white wines grown in the Small Carpathians Wine Region, mainly Welschriesling, Riesling, Veltlin, Lemberger or St. Laurent.

Wine brought well being to the Small Carpathian towns of Pezinok, Modra and Svaty Jur and helped them to be granted the status of privileged royal towns in the beginning of the 17th century. Vintners’ traditions are now being revived by the Small Carpathian Wine Route Association, which puts forward the local crafts and culture relating to vine growing and winemaking but also wine drinking.

Slovak wines are not known beyond the borders of the country yet. Slovakia produces 0,3 % of European wines and Slovaks are able to consume all wine they make. However, small amounts are exported, even to Japan.



PROGRAMME:


Day 1 – Arrival to Bratislava – transfer to Pezinok – visit to The Little Carpathians Museum where you will be acquianted with a history, present time and future of Slovak winegrowing and wine production. A small wine tasting and possibility to buy some wines is waiting for you. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 2 – In the morning visit to a private ceramic workshop where you will see making and painting of the typical local ceramics and you will have an opportunity to buy some nice presents. In the afternoon visit to wine exhibition named „Wine market“. You can taste Slovak wines according to special catalogue and awards. In the evening a typical Slovak dinner is waiting for you in a wine restaurant owned by famous local vintner. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 3 – In the morning tour to Cerveny Kamen Castle – a famous medieval castle in Small Carpathians with very nice and rich expositions of historical furniture and weapons, with picture gallery and large cellars. After the excursion tour to Bratislava and departure.
